Welcome to my website……
I have been passionate about art all my life, from winning my first painting competition at primary school until later working in graphic arts.

My inspiration comes from living in Hawkes Bay, and New Zealand’s own “way of life”. My passion for ocean swimming and the joy of children playing on the beach or in the waves, all inspire me to capture a moment and to “tell a story” with clarity, simplicity and honesty.

Commission Work:
I always enjoy doing personal commissions and am happy to work from photos, often several combined – old and new. So, check out your photos (e.g. your children playing on the beach, your favourite tractor, your old bach, even if they old and faded) I can make them come alive to “tell your story” and transform it into an ever-lasting memory.

In addition, I enjoy painting portraits, which may include your pets.
